The idea of starting a soap making business started with a simple request from my father to find more of a handmade soap we had at our home during a visit.
He loved the look, feel, and smell of the soap and wanted more of it. Unfortunately the people I got it from were no longer making soap.
And there began my journey into the world of handcrafted soap. I researched, tested, and created many batches of soap before I found one that produced a bar that we all liked.
My dad loves his soaps and I have heard that he sometimes cuts the bars into smaller pieces to share with his friends. I love it.
Throughout all of this growth, I have had the best of support systems. My husband, my parents, my children, and my friends. Many of whom have been my testers.
